My first hand-drip coffee in Kyoto, Japan was amaizing. Brewed coffee is one of the most characteristic style around here.
It was a single Ethiopian Yirgacheffe arabica. The most distinctive in all of Ethiopia. A pronounced flavor of tea and floral and orange-like aromas dance across your palate, producing a complex interesting flavor reminiscent of a sunny afternoon at the Kamo River.
