SMALL NEIGBOURHOOD SPECIALTY CAFE
I have visited Latvia University of Life Sciences & Technologies in Jelgava city, a one hour train trip from Riga. Very close to the university, by pure luck we found a speciality coffee bar, called Academia.
The offer was so exciting, the barista girl was extra talented & lovely. The place was decorated with coffee bags from different brands as ’trophy’
Our choice were Ethiopian cold brew served with cranberry juice & Brasilian decaf. Try to imagine the combination of an arabica & a forest fruit when they meet in your mouth!
August is plastic drinking straw free month so I was calm when got my drink with metal drinking straw.
