A cozy, intimate coffee shop was our destination on Thursday night in order to get deeply involved in the world of specialty coffee.

From the cultivation to taste, many professional secrets shaped and tightened our relationship to coffee culture.

The first tasting was a cupping where we tested 5 different types. Among them were Natural and Washed. The types during cupping are the most comparable because the circumstances of the preparation are identical here.

The next station was a Washed Ethiopian filter coffee prepared in two different way.

Ultimately, it was a specialty capsule, just for the sake of interest.
